• Entry is strictly for ticket holders only

• Participants must be 12 years and above

• Children aged 3 years and below are not permitted to enter the workshop space

• Sessions begin promptly; latecomers may not be accommodated

• Missed portions of the experience will not be repeated or compensated

• No refunds will be offered for cancellations or rescheduling made within 7 days of the booking date

• If you are unable to attend, you may send another person in your place to attend the experience
