Refund policy

As all our chocolates are made fresh daily, unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges/returns that have already been delivered. We encourage all our customers to check their order upon receiving their items.

Eligibility for returns, refunds, or exchanges is limited to orders placed within the preceding seven (7) days and is granted strictly at the Vendor’s sole discretion.
