Shipping policy

Day Deliveries: We deliver daily, from 1 pm - 6 pm (excl. Public Holidays)

We only do deliveries within Singapore.

Please ensure that the delivery address & contact details entered upon checkout are accurate. 

Any change of delivery address and contact details after payment is made will be subject to additional charges. 

Please ensure that there is someone to receive the chocolates upon delivery. 

The delivery is considered unsuccessful/missed after multiple phone call attempts/no one answering the door. 

Please inform us 1 day before the delivery should you require rescheduling (subject to additional charges). 

Any delivery rescheduling is applicable only on a case-by-case basis. 

And re-delivery as a result of the wrong address/unsuccessful delivery will incur additional charges (Refer to Delivery Fees section for additional charges.)

Delivery Fees

Standard Delivery: $10 for orders below $80. FREE for orders $80 and above. 

Specific Timing Delivery: Any request for specific delivery timing within a 3 hour window will incur a standard rate $15 so we can engage a third party delivery service to deliver your order at the specified time requested.

Additional Charges:

• $5 for change of delivery date/delivery address/contact details
• $10 for re-deliveries
• *$5/$10 surcharge for Special Zones (Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, Sentosa, Changi Airport & *CBD)

*CBD Areas include: Anson road, Beach road, Bencoolen Road, Boat Quay, Bugis Street, Cairnhill Circle, Cecil Road, Chinatown, City Hall, High Street, Marina Bay, Middle Road, North Bridge Road, Orchard Road, People’s Park, Raffles Place, Rochor road. Shenton Way. Suntec City. Tanjong Pagar. Victoria Street.

Order Processing Time

Standard Delivery orders for will be delivered within 2-4 working days upon processing your order. We do not offer same day order online and pick up

All orders made before noon will be processed on the same working day.

Orders received after noon will be processed the next working day. 

Orders received on the weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day. 

Return Policy

As all our chocolates are made fresh daily, unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges/returns that have already been delivered. We encourage all our customers to check their orders upon receiving their items.
