The flavour-rich core of the cacao bean.

• Adds a crunchy, roasty garnish to dishes like Seared Salmon
• Also featured in many of our sweet creations

Cacao Husk

The delicate, floral outer shell of the bean.

• Brewed as tea and used in light dishes like Cacao Tea Somen
• Adds subtle depth to desserts like our Cacao Husk Crème Brûlée
