I fell in love with the 75% dark Calinan—it perfectly aligned with my preference for non-sweet flavors.

Bought a bunch of stuff for my colleagues as a farewell gift. Haven't tried it myself but the packaging is nice. Slight hiccups on the delivery as I wasn't home and the deliveryman can't leave it outside and I had to self pickup instead. But that's fine.

Ginger flavour is very strong. 72% chocolate is a tad too sweet.
