If you're into bubble tea and chocolate, this is definitely worth a try. The tapioca pearls have that familiar chewy texture, and the Earl Grey milk chocolate coating adds a nice twist. The chocolate isn’t too overpowering, and you still get a hint of the tea flavor.
Great gift for anyone who loves bubble tea and Earl Grey :)
We had a great time with Ash, our chocolatier who spent an hour with us sharing her expertise knowledge on cacao beans and the bean-to-bar journey. We learnt a lot and had a most wonderful and memorable time at Mr Bucket! Thank you, Ash!! : )
My granddaughters love it! The chocolate was very good!
All the bonbon are so pretty!! Collection at Dempsey outlet was smooth and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Definitely will order again.
Suggestion: Will appreciate if can include collection at Airport T3.
I understand the limitations for delivery of products but would like to propose either extension of delivery hours for customers who may not have anyone at home during the day or for the option of leaving the products outside house (at the customer’s own risk). My recent delivery was u successful even after informing the delivery person to place the product outside the house. Thereafter, better customer service can be provided as there was no follow-up from the team about rescheduling of the products even after a day.
Love how full flavoured the pistachio chocolate bar is. The nutty, earthy tones shine whilst not being too much. I don’t really do chocolates, but this is my go-to for a quite awhile already. I got many friends and family hooked on this too!
Would like extra time for the decorating
Thank u to Mara for accommodating last min request on the change of delivery timing.
Ginger flavour is very strong. 72% chocolate is a tad too sweet.
Delivery went smoothly, the box was so beautiful (great for a gift, though I was treating myself). Personally prefer "pure chocolate", but was glad to try this unique fusion idea :)
Not bad flavors are very unique! It’s not too overpowering & would suit most tastebuds. They had a mochi mooncake too that was bomb!!
The chocolate bon bons were yummy and beautiful, perfect for gifting!
Had a great time at this workshop, not just making chocolate bars, but also learning more about cacao and the chocolate making process itself. Highly recommend and would do it again!
pistachio is definitely a favourite.
spicy salted egg apparently was a traumatic experience for my peers who turned out to be non-adventurous foodie :’)
bring back kaya soy <3
The chrysanthemum chocolate tasted u pique and not too sweet. The chrysanthemum taste is prominent but not too strong . Highly recommend
I really enjoyed the unique flavours combining savory and sweet
My family and I enjoyed doing the s’mores at home, really gives a Christmas-y vibe. Kids esp love doing the activity. Will buy again.
Repeat order. Each tasty packed with flavour. A visual treat for gathering of family / friends.
I had really been excited to visit this venue. The reviews online were outstanding and I was eager to buy gifts for work colleagues. At first glance this store/factory is crazy cute. Everything is well organized and it’s a chocolate lover’s eye fantasy come to life. The dream did not last long however. What I thought would be a completely easy and thoughtful gift shortly turned into a drawn out, ongoing event of a thousand questions with no clear answer. If you’re looking for factory tours (which is why the reviews were thru the roof), look no further. They don’t offer them anymore. I left my contact info for a manager to answer some questions I had regarding gift cards/the mysterious tours/tasting events- and I never heard back. I went in on a Sunday with promise a senior member of staff would reply to my questions as the staff on that day could not. We did have breakfast (with the family) but it wasn’t easy to split meals, in typical Singapore service fashion, they cannot accommodate fairly easy requests (not to say I haven’t had good service- but here the request was very very simple and the server refused to even consider-an extra plate) Overall the menu is superb. Pricing is reasonable and atmosphere is very attractive but we left with a sour and frustrating experience. All I wanted was gift cards in the amount that my colleague and her family could attend a tour or a tasting but gift cards/vouchers don’t exist either. They must be e-gift cards to be used online only. Sad and upsetting really. Missing out on a lot of sales. I hope they revisit having the tours and allowing gift vouchers to be used in store for gift opportunities. I also hope they fully inform their employees of their offering (tours or no tours- bring back tours!). Definitely a fun, value add place but still room for improvement overall.
