Mr. Ong Chong Lim manages a 78 hectares family-owned cacao plantation located in Triang Bera, a mini-estate in Pahang, Malaysia. He came up with a pod-breaking machine that efficiently breaks 3000 pods per hour.

Nice chocolates but delivery service can be improved

Bought some chocolates for delivery to a dear friend. Friend was not around and items were received by helper. No instructions to keep chilled. Yes there was ice pack but items were left outside for more than 24hrs when it could be easily be store in the fridge.
Feedback send via Instagram but no response so tot I write it here
