Strawberry Milk Chocolate Dragee

This is my daughter’s favorite chocolate. Combination of sweet chocolate and slightly sour strawberry is very well balanced and delicate.

Fragrant

We could not decide between a 4 star or a 5 star rating as the freeze dried strawberry centre is tart and a lovely contrast to the milk chocolate. We ended up rating it 4 star as a slightly larger sized piece would have been more satisfying.
