What You’ll Experience
Step into the world of cacao and chocolate through a guided, immersive journey:
- Learn the heritage and history of chocolate and cacao
- Understand cacao-growing environments and how terroir shapes flavour
- Discover the bean-to-bar chocolate-making process from start to finish
- Observe live chocolate tempering and moulding techniques in action
Hands-On Experience
Get up close with cacao in its rawest form:
- Crack cacao beans using a mortar and pestle
- Winnow to separate husk from nibs
- Grind cacao nibs into a rich chocolate paste
- Experience the transformation from cacao to early-stage chocolate

Hands on experience of chocolate tempering happens during the class

Gain a deeper appreciation for the craft and impact behind every bite:
- Learn how cacao husks and by-products are sustainably repurposed
- Understand zero-waste practices and full ingredient utilisation

- Entry is strictly for ticket holders only
- Sessions begin promptly; latecomers will not be accommodated
- Missed portions of the experience will not be repeated or compensated
- Rescheduling requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability
- This experience includes live kitchen demonstrations and tastings
- Please note that due to the nature of the workshop we will not be able to accomodate to any dietary restrictions (Dishes do include nuts, dairy, gluten)
- Participants must be 12 years & above
